Thinking of performing on silks in our upcoming student showcase? This is the workshop for you!

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of experimentation and performance including basic fabric theory, “rest positions”, stylization, and musicality.  Students will be free to work at their own level throughout and exercises will be focused on monitored and safe self-creation.

Students taking this workshop should have completed Beginner Silks 1 (or equivalent) and be able to French and Russian climb at least mid-way up the silks, and be able to perform single and double footlocks in the air.

Students should arrive a few minutes early and warm-up prior to the beginning of the workshop.
