Some of Dan’s favourite tricks are at the base of the pole. Handstands and cool base work tricks are some of his favourite things to do. So in this class Dan will go over the basics of pole handstands and offer some fun variations for us to try. Dan will be offering different variations to make sure that all levels feel challenged. And don’t worry, your wrists will get some rest time with some nice base work tricks and transitions in this class! Come and play at the base of the pole!
This class is suitable for Intermediate and above pole dancers. As a rough guide, we recommend you can do inverts, gemini and scorpio, extended butterfly and genie.
Registration will open online at 9:00am on Tuesday, May 20
For the slower slinkier poler, this choreo session is perfect. This is a choreo class which will put your sexy side to the test. Come and learn one of Dan's signature heels flow choreo routines which he will teach us in this 1.5 hour class.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and includes some basic pole but is more focused on dance and base pole work.
Things you will need for this workshop: Heels (of any kind), bottle of water, towel and knee pads (leg warmers are also fine to use as knee pads)
Registration will open online at 9:00am on Tuesday, May 20
In this workshop we work on fun flows and transitions at the base of the pole while wearing socks to make our feet slide effortlessly between each movement. With the popularity of flow style growing this is a great class to take for anyone looking to level up their flow skills and learn to create beautiful base work flows and movements.
This workshop is suitable for a mixture of levels. Most movements are from up right but having a basic invert could be useful for some movements.
You will need socks and knee pads for this workshop.
Registration will open online at 9:00am on Tuesday, May 20
