The word ‘juggling’ encompasses juggling scarves, balls, clubs, rings, hats, contact, diabolo, devilsticks, and much more. These practices increase dexterity of the body and mind, and develop the ability to plan movements and execute them effectively. When you cross the midline of your body, you grow the grey matter in your brain: it’s as simple as that! Juggling is such an easy thing to learn and simple to engage with almost anywhere, which makes it a great practice for busy minds -- especially because it is limitless! There is no end to what you can learn as a juggler.
